Birthday Tags with distress oxide ink .:. Vicki Boutin Wildflower and Honey

I had to go back to the Wildflower and Honey collection by Vicki Boutin because there are still so many cute bits and pieces to play with. Like the decorations on these tags. I used Distress oxide ink to make the backgrounds, much easier on this smaller surface.

Jag kände mig tvungen att gå tillbaka till Wildflower and Honey-kollektionen av Vicki Boutin eftersom det fanns så många söta delar kvar att leka med. Some de här dekorationerna. Bakgrunden är hjord med Distress oxide ink, så mycket enklare på lite mindre ytor.

Love, love creating tags! Here comes a tag with texture paste Black Sand that gives a great texture. Some metallic paint and waxes on that and you have a great textured background. Then a wing mould and flowers and puffy stickers from Primas Darcelle collection.

Tags är bara så härligt att göra. Här en tagmed texture paste Black Sand. Den ger härligt mycket struktur direkt och så enkel att använda. Lite metallfärg och wax och du har en spännande bakgrund. Lite dekorationer, vingar gjorda med hjälp av moulds. Även lite blommor och puffy stickers från Primas Darcelle kollektion.

I loved the CAS cards I made last week so I thought I’d repeat the design on some tags for my lovely co-workers. I used the Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Modern Christmas collection stamps and combining these with the Tim Holtz idea-ology Christmas collection. The tags were put on some black envelopes with a small gift card inside. Love the CAS style.

Jag gillade verkligen korten jag gjorde förra veckan så jag fortsatte i samma stil när jag tillverkade de här juletiketterna till mina fina kollegor. Jag använde Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Modern Christmas collection stämplar kombinerat med Tim Holtz idea-ology Christmas collection. Det blev väldigt tjusigt på ett svart kuvert med ett biopresentkort i. Älskar stilen!

Here a Cathedral Window that I decorated. Mini Art stones for texture, some metallic for decorations. I have used Rust Paste for color. You can use this as a gift or you can have hang it in your Christmas tree.

October Halloween Tag- Finnabair Texture

More for Halloween, here a grungy tag with texture. For texture I have use Fantasy paste and it gives a fine texture all over my tag. Then some stickers, wings and paperdoll from Tim Holtz. I have give the tag an extra shimmer by using some metallic paint and Sparks from Finnabair.

Lite mer till Halloween, en tag som är lite mer ruffig än de som jag visade förra veckan. För att ska lite yta med textur så har jag använt mig att måla med Fantasy Paste över min tag. Sedan dekorerat med stickers, vingar och en paperdoll från Tim Holtz. För att ge tagen lite extra skimmer och kontrast har jag målat med metallfärg och Sparks från Finnabair.

I really really love the backgrounds from the Vicki Boutin Mixed Media Backgrounds and this time I cut it into a smaller piece for a tag. Then I added lots and lots of decorations in layers and dimensions.
I like making tags where the decorations goes beyond the borders of the tag. I think that makes it more vivid.

Jag gillar verkligen de färdiga mixed media bakgrunderna från Vicki Boutin och den här gången har jag skurit ner den i mindre bitar för att göra en tag. Jag har dekorerat med flera lager och i olika dimensioner.
Jag gillar att göra taggar där dekorationerna fortsätter utanför kanterna – då blir det mer levande tycker jag.

Halloween Tags- Prima and Tim Holtz

Halloween is coming up and I have made some tags for Halloween gifts. So perfect to have tags handy and ready when I will be visiting some friends. I have been using the Liquid Acrylic Paint in the background with the Modeling Paste in the Tapestry stencil from Finnabair- Prima. In the background there are also some rubons from Tim Holtz and they in Halloween theme.

Halloween närmar sig och jag har gjort några tags som ska användas på några små presenter till vänner. Ni som följer mig vet att jag älskar tags, just för att de är så enkla och använda och roliga att göra. Liquid Acrylic Paint i bakgrunden och även gjort färgstänk med den svarta färgen. Med modeling paste i en stencil, Tapestry har jag skapat lite struktur. Har gnuggat på lite läckra Halloween rubons från Tim Holtz.

2 Tags .:. Vicki Boutin Color Kaleidoscope

I like making Tags. They soon turn into a small piece of art and they are so useful. Instead of a card, I use them to pimp  a bottle of wine or on a gift wrap. I have used the Vicki Boutin Color Kaleidoscope collection on these two tags with somewhat different styles. I like to try different styles. The first I gave to a dear friend who turned 50 and the second one I will save for an upcoming occasion.

Jag gillar att göra Tags. Det blir snabbt ett litet konstverk och de är så användbara, istället för kort, för att förgylla en flaska vin eller en gåva. Här har jag använt Vicki Boutin Color Kaleidoscope på två Tags som är rätt olika i stil. Kul att variera sig! Den första fick en kär vän som fyllde 50 och den andra spar jag till något tillfälle längre fram.

Vintage tag with Prima and Finnabair

Vintage and grungy feeling in by tag. Here with layers of Impasto Paints and on the Moulds also Metallic Acrylic Paint and Sparks Color. Like working with contrasts matte and glossy finish. Also some metallic embellishments. To make a complete finish I have used some watercolor.

Lager av färg med Impasto Paint och Acryl färg för att skapa en tag som ger en vintage tag.  Jag gillar och blanda matta och blanka färger för att skapa kontrast. Även lite metall dekorationer och de stora dekorationerna är tillverkade med hjälp av moulds. För att skapa en fullständig finsh har jag lagt på lite vattenfärger.
