Card with Scrap Studio by Kaisercraft

You can never have to many butterflies! That is a well known truth. I love fuzzy cutting and butterflies are my favorites to fuzzy cut. On this card I have painted with ink – inspired by Katja Mezzanotte who made a Live at her Youtube channel (Mezzanote skapar) the other day – and then I have added some pink Distress oxide mixed with water. Then I have just simply added some decorations from one of my all time favorite collections Scrap Studio by Kaisercraft. Except for the stamp that is by hÄnglar&Wings.

Man kan aldrig ha för många fjärilar! Det är sen gammalt. Jag älskar att klippa ut olika detaljer och fjärilar är min favorit. Jag inspirerades av Katja Mezzanotte som nyligen sände live på sin youtubekanal (Mezzanotte skapar) och målade med bläck och sedan la jag på rosa Distress oxide mixad med vatten. dekorationerna kommer alla från Scrap Studio-kollektionen från Kaisercraft, utom stämpeln som är från hÄnglar&Wings.

One card and three ATC with the same technique

So today I am showing one card and three ATCs made using the same simple technique. This is perfect for beginners or when you have a short amount of time and still want to make something fab. I used the Dina Wakley Media Collage collectives and cut out a few pieces and put on black yardstick bases to make a striking contrast which I always like to have. And the I have decorated with cut out stamped images of the lonely girl from the Collaged Girls stamp collection also by Dina Wakley. On the card I also added some tissue paper from the just words collection and on all pieces I have cut out hearts on a pink yardstick that I had stamped some script stamp on. Easy peasy bit still a full look.

Så idag ska jag visa ett kort och tre ATC-kort som jag gjort med en väldigt enkel teknik. Den är perfekt för nybörjare eller om du snabbt vill skapa något coolsnyggt. Jag har använt papper från Dina Wakley Media Collage collectives och utklippta stämplade bilder av the lonely girl från the Collaged Girls stamp collection också av Dina Wakley. På kortet har jag också applicerat Tissue papper från the just words collection och på samtliga har jag stansat ut hjärtan från rosa cardstock som jag stämplat med script-stämpel. Hur lätt som helst men mycket effektfullt.

Hello!

Today I have a card for you. I have made it like a wing. Fun to create your own shape. I have used the embossing dabber through one of Finnabairs stencils. I have carefully applied Distress oxide to add color. Some flowers, glitter and a black pen and my card are ready.

Inspirational Card – Oil Pastels-Prima Marketing

Hello!

I have a card for you today. The inspiration comes from Tiffany Solorio- she had a live, where she created a just gorgeous tag. So I was creating during her live and I came up with a card. So check out her video and please share and like her video.

 

I used Oil pastels from Prima for coloring. Stamping with Tim Holtz stamps. Some texture with Finnabair stencil and modeling paste. Some embellishments and the comes from Tim Holtz.

Spring time cards with Sizzix dies

Hej hej! Nu har våren äntligen kommit här där jag är, och det är något att glädjas åt i dessa tider. Och Sizzix har släppt ett nytt set med dies som heter Garden shed och är underbart gulligt. Det finns plantor, skott, krukor och verktyg och gummistövlar som jag blev väldigt kär i. Så söta! Jag har gjort två kort som jag hoppas ger lite skön vårkänsla och skänker glädje här på bloggen.

Hello! Here in Sweden it is finally spring. Something to be happy about in these trying times. I picked out a very pretty set of dies from Sizzix new release called Garden shed. It’s a lot of fun with cute plants, seedlings, pots and tools and rain boots/wellingtons that I fell in love with. So cute! I have two card to show you and I hope they will brighten your day.

Jag har dekorerat kanterna med Nuvo glimmer paste i Seaweed quartz – en härlig grön som glittrar massor.

I decorated the edges with Nuvo glimmer paste in Seaweed quartz – a lovely green that really sparkles.

Almost ever since I started scrapbooking I have liked and followed Dina Wakley. I love her scribbles and silhouette women. I have had this tissue paper for a while not knowing exactly what to use it for – it was almost enough just having it in my stash. Then  tried just applying  it to a card using matte gel and combining with the lovely Wildflower & Honey Collection from Vicki Boutin and I think it came out perfect. What do you think?

Nästan ända från starten i min scrapbooking ar jag följt Dina Wakley. Jag älskar hennes sketchiga siluetter av kvinnor. Jag har haft de här tissuepapperna ett tag utan att kunna bestämma mig för vad jag skulle använda dem till – att bara äga dem har nästan räckt. Sen provade jag att applicera dem med matte gel på en kort bas och kombinera med fantastiska Wildflower & Honey-kollektionen från Vicki Boutin. Det blev hur bra som helst! Eller vad tycker du?

Hello, Petra here to inspire today! I made another CAS card with the same technique as last week using Distress Oxide from Ranger but today I used a new color that I love – spicy marmalade! It becomes different shades of yellow, orange and almost red. Love it! I also used the cute 3D vellum butterfly stickers from the Vicki Boutin Wildflower & Honey collection on this card. Hope you like it!

Jag har gjort ett till CAS-kort med samma teknik som förra veckan med Distress Oxide i flera lager på akvarellpapper. Den här gången har jag använt en underbar färg som heter spiced marmalade. Den skiftar i nyanser från gult till orange till nästan rött. ÄLSKART! Jag har också använt de underbara 3D vellum fjärilarna från Vicki Boutin Wildflower & Honey. Hoppas att du blir inspirerad!

My Valentine – cards with Simple Stories

Hello and happy monday!

I took a break from blogging but now I’m happy to be back to show you some cute valentine cards I made with the pretty set from Simple Stories called My Valentine. I just love the combination red and pink, and with splashes of aqua it is a sure winner. The decorations include lots of roses in different hues from salmon pink to deep red, banners, signs and of course conversation hearts. Must have for Valentine´s, right?

Jag har haft en paus från bloggen ett tag men nu är jag tillbaka för att visa er ett par söta Alla hjärtansdag-kort. De har jag gjort med Simple Stories fina kollektion “My Valentine”. Jag älskar kombinationen rött och rosa. Men detaljer i turkost så blir det hel vinnare helt klart. Dekorationerna innehåller massor av rosor i olika nyanser – från laxrosa till djupt röda, skyltar, kuvert och godishjärtan med text. Precis vad man behöver för Alla hjärtansdag, eller hur?
