This is our Christmas card photo, a collection of happy and memorable moments 2019 of my favorite people, my family that is. I do as I use to and make a page of it as well. I used the Vicki Boutin Wildflower & Honey collection. This is my first work with that collection and I already love it!

Hi sweet friends! I’m back sharing some scrappy inspiration with you. Today I have a sweet layout made using a lovely combo of a few gorgeous collections by Jen Hadfield, Crate Paper/ Maggie Holmes, Pink Paislee, Dear Lizzy and Vicki Boutin. So much beautiful design on the same place.

Hej kära vänner! Jah är tillbaka igen för att dela med mig av lite härlig scrappig inspiration med er. Idag har jag gjort en layout där jag använt en kombo av några härliga kollektioner av Jen Hadfield, Crate Paper/Maggie Holmes, Pink Paislee, Dear Lizzy och Vicki Boutin. en hel massa härlig design på ett och samma ställe.

I have the best neighbors!  I like them so much that I spent my vacation in Greece with them. The first night we ate on a lovely roof restaurant on the island Aghistri altogether 23 people. Love Ya!

I made this page using the Mixed Media Backgrounds from Vicki Boutin. They are real easy to work with. I also used the Color Kaleidoscope collection from Vicki. In Sweden right now we have winter and the sun doesn’t shine so much. I managed to find a sunny corner to use for photographing the layout. I missed a shadow spot in the corner – sorry for that!

Jag har underbara grannar! Jag gillar dem så mycket att vi åkte till Grekland på semester tillsammans. Den första natten åt vi på en vacker takterass på ön Agistri, totalt var vi 23 personer. Underbara personer!

Jag har använt Vicki Boutins Mixed Media Backgrounds som bas. Så enkla att få en fin layoutt med. Jag har också använt Vickis Color Kaleidoscope-kollaktion. Nu när det är vinter och mörkt får man vara tacksam för en gnutta ljus att fotografera i. Jag hittade en solig hörna men missade en skuggfläck. Nåja, så får det vara så här års.

Hi dear friends! Happy Sunday everyone, hope your weekend is a good one.
I’m so excited to share a new project with you today, this time I opted for a ordinary 12×12 layout. I’ve got the lovely Crafternoon Collection by Kaisercraft in my hands and here’s what I came up with using it!

Hej kära vänner! Glad söndag på er alla, hoppas er helg varit god. Jag är så glad att få dela ett nytt alster med er här idag, den här gången valde jag att göra en layout i vanligt 12×12 format. Jag har fått den otroligt fina Crafternoon Collection by Kaisercraft i mina händer och här kommer det jag skapade med den!

I’ve added a few pieces from the Kaleidoscope collection by Vicki Boutin, some Thickers by One Canoe Two Saturday Afternoon collection and the Jen Hadfield Chasing Adventures collection as well.

The Good Stuff .:. Longing back to summer .:. Vicki Boutin Color Kaleidoscope

It is getting cold in Sweden and I am long back to summer. So I made a page about the lazy summer days in Greece – oh we had so much fun! I used the Color Kaleidoscope collection by Vicki Boutin for my page. Still got a few bits and pieces left to play with. The background is Vicki’s Watercolor Markers on Prima Marketing Watercolor Paper Pad. I used the kissing/smootching technique adding water and the I used some drips of concentrated pigment color from the Watercolor markers for the darker stains. Love it!

Det börjar bli kallt och jag längtar tillbaka till sommaren. Åh vi hade verkligen en härlig tid i Grekland i somras men lata mysiga dagar vid poolen. Jag har använt Vicki Boutin Color Kaleidoscope – jag har faktiskt några saker lvar i kollektionen att skapa med. Den är underbar! Bakgrunden har jag gjort med Vicki’s WAtercolor Markers på Primas Watercolor Paper Pad. Jag använde Kissing/Smootching-tekniken där jag blandade upp watercolors med lite vatten på en platsbit. De mörkare stänken har lite mer pigment så där finns inget vatten inblandat. Jag gjorde dem med en solfjäderspensel. Älskart!

I made another art journaling spread with a new set of colors. When I prepped the background it was a bit too bright for my taste so I used some heavy white gesso to mat it down. And then I added some stamping. In the end it goes well with the photo and the phrase Boldly dare to be a POP OF COLOR in a black and white world I think.
I used the Watercolor Markers from Vicki Boutin and the Color Kaliedoscope collection. I based my journal on a Insert book from Dylusions.

Jag har gjort en ny artjournalingsida. Den här gången har jag använt nya färger och när jag var klar med dem kändes de lite för starka för min smak så jag använde vit heavy gesso med en mask och stämplar för att matta ner färgerna lite. Men den passar väldigt bra med fotot och frasen Boldly dare to be a POP OF COLOR in a black and white world tycker jag. Jag har använt Watercolor Markers från Vicki Boutin och även hennes Color Kalidoscope-kollektion. Jag har använt min artjournal från Dylusions som bas.

It was so fun making the art journaling page last week so I made a few more and today I am showing one of them. I am sticking to the concept of combining the Watercolor Markers with stamping and the lovely Color Kaleidoscope collection from Vicki Boutin. Love love love it! This time I have also added some white gesso on a Tim Holtz stencil. I always add photos to my art journal and I stick to my style.

Jag tyckte att det var så kul att göra art journaling i förra vecka så jag har gjort ett par uppslag till. Den första visar jag idag. Jag fortsätter att kombinera Watercolor Markers med Color Kaleidoscope-kollektionen från Vicki Boutin. Älskar det! Den här gången har jag också använt heavy vit Gesso och en Tim Holtz-stencil Min stil är att jag alltid har foton på min art journaling.

Hello! I have made myself an art journaling page using the fun Watercolor Markers from Vicki Boutin. Love that they have so much pigment and are so easy to use. This time I dropped some on an acrylic block and just smeared onto the page. No water added. I used a Dylusions Dyalog Insert for my page. Love the format! And some stamps added of course.

Hej jag har gjort en artjournal sida med de fina och roliga att använda Watercolor Markers från Vicki Boutin. Älskar att de har så mycket pigment och att de är så lättanvända. Den här gången droppade jag bara lite på ett akrylblock och smetade på sidan. Inget vatten alls. Jag har använt en Dylusions Dyalog Insert som grund för min sida. Älskar formatet!   Också har jag stämplat så klart!

No problems at all to create a fab page when using the Mixed Media backgrounds from Vicki Boutin. This one goes so well with the Color Kaleidoscope collection. The stickers are so sweet and just need a little add of a pox sticker or two to frame the composition. And those birds – how cute are they?!?!

Inga problem alls att skapa en tjusig layout med Mixed Media-bakgrunder från Vicki Boutin. Den här matchar Color Kaleidoscope perfekt tycker jag. Stickres i kollektionen är så vackra och med små små tillägg ramar de in designern så bra. Och fåglarna!!! Så söta!!!

I really really love the backgrounds from the Vicki Boutin Mixed Media Backgrounds and this time I cut it into a smaller piece for a tag. Then I added lots and lots of decorations in layers and dimensions.
I like making tags where the decorations goes beyond the borders of the tag. I think that makes it more vivid.

Jag gillar verkligen de färdiga mixed media bakgrunderna från Vicki Boutin och den här gången har jag skurit ner den i mindre bitar för att göra en tag. Jag har dekorerat med flera lager och i olika dimensioner.
Jag gillar att göra taggar där dekorationerna fortsätter utanför kanterna – då blir det mer levande tycker jag.
