Hej alla fina vänner! Anna här med en ny layout skapad med den underbara och glada Good Vibes kollektionen av Crate Paper.

I love all the beautiful papers in this collection so I’ve used a design where to use many of them, lol! I just used my trusty old scissors and my beloved sewing machine to create the sunray design. And some behind the scene stories, when I was stitching on this my trusty old sewing machine just died 🙁 Thank goodness I could borrow my daughters a few days before my new little “red pearl” will arrive. Thank you Lena for rescue me <3

The pics on the layout are the beautiful sunset at the beach when we visited Tenerife, Fanabe Beach.

Jag älskar alla underbara papper i den här kollektionen så jag valde en design där jag får använda många av dom, haha! Jag använde bara min gamla trogna sax och min kära symaskin för att skapa det här solstråledesignen. Här kommer några “behind the scene” historier, när jag som bäst sydde på min gamla trostjänare till symaskin så bara dog den 🙁 Tack och lov så fick jag låna min dotters maskin några dagar innan min nya lilla “röda pärla” kommer. Tack fina Lena för att du räddar mig <3

Alla hjärtans dag-layouter med Crate Papers Main Squeeze

Jag skulle egentligen inte skaffa mig något med Alla hjärtans dag-tema för jag har en hel del liggande redan… men sen kunde jag inte låta bli! Crate papers Main squeeze är ju så söt. Och har flera dekos som passar till andra tillfällen också *nicka instämmande*. Det blev tre färgglada, kärleksfulla layouter till mina gossar där jag fick frossa i rosa och rött.

I wasn’t supposed to get any Valentine themed supplies because I have a lot already in my stash… but then I just couldn’t resist Crate papers Main Squeeze decorations! They are so cute, and a lot of the decorations actually fit for other occasions as well. I made three colourful layouts for my boys and went all in on pink and red to celebrate Valentine’s.

I’m a big fan of these oversized chipboard words. They are just gorgeous!
And I love the pics of this layout as well, even if the quality of them isn’t the best. Though the story behind them are perfect.

Jag är ett stort fan av dom här oversize-orden i chipboard. Dom är bara helt underbara!

Happy memories – layout med Vicki Boutin

Det är lätt att falla för Vicki Boutins fantastiska kollektioner. De sprudlar av färg och härliga dekorationer. Men bäst av allt är att de är skapade med mixed media i åtanke. Många produkter som man kan färglägga själv med valfritt media och papper i tjock kvalitet så man verkligen kan kladda loss. Idag visar jag en layout där jag använt stenciler för att skapa ett regelbundet mönster på halva pappret. Andra halvan har jag färglagt mer slumpmässigt för att skapa fin kontrast. Vicki Boutins cardstock behöver ingen gesso eller grundning utan man kan köra på med flera lager vattenfärger.

It’s easy to fall for Vicki Boutins wonderful collections. Great colours and lovely decorations. But the best thing is that everything is made with mixed media creativity in mind. Lots of products that you can alter and color yourself with different media and the papers are nice and thick so it can hold lots of creative messing with. Today I show a layout where I’ve used one of her stencils to create a repetetive pattern on half of the paper. The other half I’ve coloured more messily for a nice contrast. Vicki Boutins cardstock doesn’t need any gesso. It hold lots of layers of water colours just fine, almost like a real watercolour paper.

Jag har använt färger från fotot i min bakgrund. Nyanser av blått, turkost och lila. Sen dekorerade jag med accenter i orange, gult och guld. Djärva färgkombinationer, men jag gillar det.

I’ve used colours to match my bright photo. Lots of blues, aqua and purple. Then I added the accent colours in orange, yellow and gold. It’s bold but I love it.

New Shoes – Crate Paper Good Vibes – Dear Lizzy Star Gazer

Hello sweet friends! Anna here today with another delightful page made with the fantastic Good Vibes collection by Crate Paper and some copper foiled Thickers Stickers from the lovely Star Gazer collection by Dear Lizzy, American Crafts.
I finished the page of with some dots of some glossy Nuvo Crystal Drops by Tonic Studios, for real, they are amazing! And of course, as usual, some Heidi Swapp Color Shine splatters. For the circles I have used a few Circle dies and my die cut mashine.

Hej fina vänner! Anna här idag för att visa en lekful layout skapad med en av mina nya favorit kollektioner, Good Vibes från Crate Paper. Den är livful och glad och den scrappar sig nästan av sig själv, haha!

Hi sweet friends! Anna here today sharing a fun page made with a new favorite collection of mine, Good Vibes by Crate Paper. It’s vibrant and fun and it almost scraps itself, lol!

Jag har använt två olika gröna colormist med “plastpåse tekniken” till min bakgrund. Och jag har även stänkt lite rosa colormist bara lite som det blev liksom.
Efter det arrangerade jag mina diecuts-delar från ephemeraförpackningen, sydde några sömmar med min symaskin och lade till min titel från chipboardarket och dom härliga stjärnorna från puffystickersarket. Jag avslutade med att applicera några dots av en rosa Nuvo Crystal Drops ( dom ser mer röda ut här tyvärr).

I’ve used two different green color mists with the “plastic bag technique” for my background. And I’ve splattred some pink color mist as well, just randomly.
Then i arranged the die cut pieces from the ephemera pack, made a few stitches with my sewing machine and added the chipboard title and the lovely puffy stickers stars.
To finish my page of I added a few dots of Pink Nuvo Crystal Drops ( unfortunately they seems more red here).

Discofeeling – LO med Vicki Boutin All the good things

God fortsättning på det nya året! Hoppas du har ett härligt, skapande år framför dig. Jag njuter av att äntligen fått vantarna på Vicki Boutins nya kollektion “All the good things”. Massor av fina färger och härliga mixed media produkter. Speciellt hennes vita cardstock i extra tjockt material. Perfekt när man vill kladda loss med mycket färg och väta i forma av vatten och mister. Dagen till ära har jag skrappat foton på mig i förra årets paljettklänning. De spred små blänk överallt så jag var som en vandrande discokula vart jag än gick.

Happy new year! Hope you have a wonderful creative year ahead of you. I enjoy that I finally gotten Vicki Boutins new collection “All the good things” to play with. Lots of lovely colors and mixed media products. I especially love her white cardstock that is extra thick so it can hold lots of paints, water and mists. Today I’ve made a layout with photos of me in my most festive dress. It is covered in sequins so I’m like a walking disco ball in it!

Bakgrunden är Color shine i Black Velvet som jag “smooshat” på i lager för att få det riktigt mörkt och skimrande. Sen har jag använt Vickis nya stensiler och Nuvo embellishment mousse i tre färger. Jag har också gjort stänk i alla färger och med vit gesso som jag tunnat ut med lite vatten över hela bakgrunden.

I’ve created the background my smooshing Color shine in Black Velvet in layers. Then I used Vicki’s new stencils and a couple of colors of Nuvo embellishment mousse. I’ve also covered the background in splashes of all the colors and some white gesso thinned with water.

Dekorationerna har fått ett lager glitter på sig för att matcha bakgrunden som skimrar lite mer.

The decoration have all gotten a layer of glitter just to match a bit better with the shimmery background.
